I’ve been taking Turmeric supplements for a few years now but only discovered this one as my last product was not available anymore.Always a concern on amazon as thngs often just dissapear once you find something you like and have it on repeat.If you have done your research you will know that Turmeric is a spice that contains curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant. Reduces inflamation in the body by blocking molecules that cause swelling and pain. I have put this here as I like to do thorough research before committing to buying. I do find full review very helpful too.I am genuily impressed with the results. Been using this now for over a month consistently as directed. My joint stiffness in the mornings in particular seems to be so much better. And general inflammation.This was apparent even just after about 2 weeks.What I like most is that it isn’t just plain turmeric – it also has Curcumin (this is the active compound) and black pepper and ginger.If you are like me and into supplements – and want to understand why this is important here’s a little summary (you are welcome) :-)Curcumin – active compound – does all the heavy lifting !Ginger – adds the extra anti inflammatory and digestion supportBlack Pepper – his is supposed to boost the absorbtion of curcumin by somethng like 2000% !! so you are actually getting the benefits rather than just passing it through your systemI have noticed less bloating and feel more ‘comfortable’ after a meal.
