Great Lamp and excellent customer service from Value lights.
Ordered this in November, Evri showing it may have been lost. Got hold of the company who provided me with the date and photo of when it was delivered. Was able to go back on my cctv to find a distant neighbour had picked it up. They denied all knowledge until presented with the Photo and my cctv low and behold Lamp produced, unpacked, tested and sitting in their living room. Needless to say they gave it back !Had it not been for the wonderful customer service of Value lights I would have been without the Lamp.The Lamp itself is exactly what i needed for a dark spot in my living room, the light is very subtle and as I didn’t want a ‘bog standard Lamp’ this fits the bill perfectly. Would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
