    These are really great
I buy a lot of VR/AR stuff – I actually own some Apple Vision Pro goggles plus the meta glasses. So I’m the perfect customer for something like this. That said they surprised me with how well executed this was and the quality of the images. To be clear, these are basically an HDMI monitor hidden in some glasses. Anything that outputs video via USB-C will work. I only tried Apple stuff but they treat them as first class citizens. Ipad, IPhone, Laptop – instant connection and worked very sensibly. The Good:- Super clear image. I’m long sighted ( +2 ) and that make no difference. The myopia adjustments seem to work – I lent them to a friend and he got them adjusted easily.- For video these are killer – I didn’t know this but the iPhone understands it’s a 2nd screen so when you play netflix you just get a widescreen output of the video – the phone can turn it’s screen off and video runs. In bed you can lie flat without hurting your neck. On a plane you can sit upright. It clearly runs the battery down but you can use it for 3-4 hours no issue- The sound is decent – if you’re flying you’ll want to use headphones but at home they just whisper in your ear- The electronic blocking filters are great – easy on or off and they super black. But if yiu want to walk around the house to get a drink, you can navigate with the video playingThe not-so-great- The nose pads are essential to keeping these aligned. There’s some play but you really need them held static in front of your eyes. And the nose pads dig in after an hour and pinch a bit- They’re too narrow – the arms are spring loaded so will expand around your head – but for men these are just a touch too narrow. It’s basically OK but needs sorting in version 2 or whatever- These do not look cool on you – you should not care but they are bulky- Navigating is a bit annoying – you can clearly see the screen but if you’re on your iPhone you need to look at the device to tap on stuff. Once video is up and running you’re not going to easily be able to pause and jump about. The phone screen will lock, you can;t face ID ( because you have opaque glasses on ) so it’s a bit of a hassle. just let the video run- Reading fine text works but it’s a little bit of a strainThat said, I’ve used these a lot since buying them – they’re really easy to get up and running and very immersive. You should buy them.

    Fantastic travel accessory
Doing a review now that I’ve had the chance to use these when travelling. They are a superb gadget! Not cheap of course but you really do get what you pay for here. Lovely packaging and build quality as well. The screen size is really big – when you look towards the wall of your room when playing a movie, it is as if you were viewing a projected picture that fills the whole wall. I have a 100” cinema screen in my living room anyway and this ‘projects’ bigger than that. Is it better than holding your iPad screen in front of you? Absolutely! It’s on a pair of sunglasses, which is unreal. The picture stays with you wherever you look (you soon get used to that). The fully dark effect is really good, you won’t really watch any other way. You can see a bit of your surrounds below and above the glasses but that’s helpful actually. They are not fully immersive and they don’t need to be. The picture they present is really bright – I had to turn it down a notch or two. Great resolution and the eye adjustment thing works well for me as a specs wearer, haven’t needed any extra lens inserts. What can you watch with them? It was tricky to figure out at first but Prime and Apple TV are the least fussy, you can download stuff onto your phone and it will play (BUT…You need to do the downloads from Apple TV with your glasses connected to the phone so that it downloads the right version. Not sure if that’s the case with other services but I do all downloads while connected now just in case). Netflix does work but can stop at some point when it realises you have them connected; just restart movie with glasses unplugged, then plug back in. IPlayer will play on the glasses but also keeps playing on your phone screen as well. And of course anywhere that you can stream stuff, then everything works even easier. Works fine with a magnetic battery pack attached to your phone, worth taking one on flights as your phone is powering the glasses so it will use up your charge a bit.Sound – for airplane use I would suggest wireless earbuds. For AirPods it works best if you start it playing, then pop the earphones in and it just takes over the sound. For everyday use the inbuilt speakers are really good, so much so that I don’t bother using my AirPods as it’s just easier. I find I use them a lot more than I thought I would as they are fun to use and so good. There is a fun thing where you can view your own photos in 3d, amazing effect to see. You can also do some other stuff on the app but I find some of it a bit fiddly to use.But for watching movies in your own personal cinema on a pair of specs, these are incredible and for travel they are just so good.

Delivered fast and blew away my expectations!!I received mine yesterday and spent the entire day testing them with various devices to explore their functionality. Even though I had tempered my expectations before they arrived, I was genuinely surprised by the quality—not just of the product itself, but also the display and image clarity. The glasses feel durable and well-built yet remain lightweight and comfortable, without feeling cumbersome during extended use. The display is crisp and clean, providing an impressive visual experience. The built-in myopia adjustments are a game-changer for me. Since I require a minor prescription adjustment, I was relieved that I didn’t need to wear my regular glasses underneath—something that can make AR glasses uncomfortable and impractical. This was a key factor in my decision when researching AR glasses, and I’m glad to see it implemented so well here. One of the standout features for me was the seamless transition between 2D and 3D. I was amazed at how effortlessly I could watch movies in 3D, and even my own photos and videos could be rendered into 3D images. This was an unexpected but welcome surprise.Although I wouldn’t consider myself a gamer anymore—having stepped away from gaming after getting married—these glasses have me reconsidering. They provide a way for me to enjoy gaming again without monopolizing the television, making them a practical solution for my setup. Additionally, using them as a secondary (or even multiple) display for my computer was an incredibly immersive experience. When connected to my MacBook Pro, I was able to extend my display and add three more virtual screens, significantly boosting my productivity. That said, I do have a few criticisms:1. The cable length – The included cable is too short for my needs, though Viture does sell a longer one separately. I did try a USB-C extension cable and it worked well, although I would be hesitant to use it for long. I believe the proprietary cable would be best suited to handle the information and data that is being transmitted and was designed to handle the load.2. Field of View (FOV) – I wish the FOV were just slightly larger, both vertically and horizontally. I found myself adjusting the glasses slightly on my nose to properly see the corners and edges of my screens. While I was able to fine-tune the display on my MacBook, my iPad and Samsung phone currently lack that feature.3. Price – At $699 CAD (purchased via Amazon), it felt like a steep investment. However, I believe I’ll get my money’s worth over time, and as the technology evolves I imagine it will become more affordable for the masses.4. Spacewalker App Performance – While generally impressive, Spacewalker can be glitchy. It sometimes struggles to keep up with processing demands, occasionally failing to render 3D images correctly—flipping them upside down or mirroring them. That is, of course if I can actually figure out how to get the 3D controls to come up in the first place, because I don’t find Spacewalker to be very intuitve, it definitely feels like it needs to evolve and I am sure that it will as the technology develops further. On multiple occasions, the app even crashed across different devices. Furthermore, some of the native apps that came available on the iPad are not available to be used in Canada. (Geofencing).Looking ahead, I may plan to invest in the USB Hub and Neckband, eventually expanding into the full ecosystem—provided these remain my top choice for AR glasses. After extensive research, I have my doubts about other options on the market meeting my use and need requirements, making this ecosystem seem like the best balance of functionality and form for my purposes.Overall, I’d rate these glasses 8/10—a solid product with room for improvement, but undeniably impressive for my first experience with AR glasses. For those interested, I would rate the Spacewalker app that is designed for use with your glasses a 5/10 -a solid foundation to build upon what I am sure will evolve into and even more dynamic and fluid app that seamlessly integrates your user experience.
