Good value but tricky to set up
Arrived promptl but does not include operating instructions. Having downloaded them online, it took ages to set the phones up. I bought them from the Amazon store as refurbished and it took me almost an hour to figure out that I needed to reset everything to the maker’s “default” before I could programme each phone. Programming is tricky and tedious and I’m still not sure that I’ve done everything I should as I keep getting a “Number of new calls 2” indication!The ring volume could be louder.Nonetheless, the phones work as advertised and were good value for money.

Overcomplicated menu system
The phone has connected to my old virgin media landline wall socket and worked fine. It came supplied with its own batteries which were easy to install. The buttons are large and the display is bright. Most of the ringtones are annoying, but there are a few that we could tolerate. The call sound quality is good and volume is acceptable.The menu system is horribly overcomplicated, unless you permanently have a manual to hand, I have no idea how youâre supposed to remember how to access all the different options. We have a message saying 3 new calls. I have no idea what iâm supposed to do with that information or how to remove it.
