The BEST vitamins out there for PCOS ladies
I swapped to these after my regular vitamins were discontinued and these became my absolute staple. Theyâve helped with my PCOS symptoms, and are good value for money. Quite large to swallow but do not taste terrible. Worth the money everyday.

These are essential vitamins to support everyday life. My vitamin D levels are back up (as I used to be really deficient) and I have noticed my nails and hair are growing stronger. Vitamin D is also essential for your immune system and I have noticed I am ill less often if I’m taking supplements. Great product from Free Soul!

I bought these to primarily to support my bone health. Easy to use. Though the tablets are quite big, like a lot of other multi-vitamins, for me, they are not difficult to swallow. They have no particular smell and leave no after taste. They seem to be good quality and the concentration of vitamins D and K is good, exactly what I was looking for. It is not possible for me to evaluate their effectiveness, since, like all other products one actually consumes, this can only be assessed after consistent use for a prolonged period of time. Comparing it to other same-type products, I think they’re a fairly good value for money and, unless I come across a product that I think could be better, I will repurchase.

Take with lots of water
Only been taking them 3 days so difficult to say yet if I am benefiting from taking them. Tablets are a bit big but ive been taking them with a large glass of water and have had no problems swallowing
Truth-be-told –
Prefer softgels, like the biotin addition but not the huge price hike.
These are powder in quite a large clear capsule. I thought I was buying softgels as that was my criteria in the search box. As these vitamins are fat soluble taking with water isn’t going to help them metabolise. The softgels with coconut oil are preferable. Take these with something fat/oil based to aid metabolising. I use milk thistle oil or with a meal containing some fats.I also cannot understand why the price has more than doubled.However they also have biotin which is useful for hair, skin and fingernails or fur & claws.

I love these, taking them everyday for a couple months, can smell the vitamins in these. Wouldnât say itâs affected my sleep. They donât cause me any stomach discomfort. I would say worth it.

I received the product at August 1st .Immediately I started talking the tablets.Just now I opened to take my morning tablet and it has black spots on.And I emptied the bottle and it was some pieces inside with black mold.Black mold inside of a new bottle of vitamins.And I have ten days that I full with rash on my neck , on my face , around my eyes on my body and I thought that is some kind of allergy and probably is from these tablets because I spoke with my doctor and he told me that these tablets were poisoning my body.
