Absolute gem!!
I was cautious about buying a pre built from Amazon but most I have zero regrets about buying this rig it’s absolutely fantastic.The quality of the build is top notch 👌 and the package it came in kept it that way. Runs super fast quick and quite and loving being able to play my games on ultra settings rather than my previous pc running everything low or medium settings, Even the smaller details like cable management is 10 out of 10 for me I couldn’t recommend it anymoreLove the remote for the LEDs and fans great touch that

Outstanding product and second to none customer service !!
This is my first gaming pc and it’s fantastic can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely be buying through this seller when I upgrade again in the future. I was already very happy with my purchase when unfortunately the computer failed, constantly looping into reboot and unusable. I called the seller and spoke with Phil, who was amazing. He listened to my explanation of the issue and within 15 to 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and talked me through the fix. I am a novice with computers and I’m sure a more experienced user would have fixed it themselves, but thanks to Phil’s calm, professional analysis and instruction my pc is now working perfectly after one phone call. Once again I can’t recommend this seller and product enough. Great service

Had some issues, still do
Ok so i got this PC 30th Jan 2025, all nicely boxed, i opened it up and started the setup, but when turning on i notice there was some noise comming from on of the fans, so i waited untill Windows was installed, and turned of the PC, checked there was no cables touching any of the Fans, then closed up the the PC and di a startup again. The Fan had stopped making most of the noise but still could hear some noise, but after use a few hours the fan stopped making the noise, and has been ok till now.The only other thing im getting is Hard Drive clicking noise, I did some research on Google about this and people state the HD could be on the way out. Ive contacted the seller to inform him about the HD clicking noise and awaiting a replie.I have done Scan Disc and Disc defraq several time but still it making the same noise. Maybe the HD needs to be returned & needs swopping over. I Do intend to add another HD later, when i dont know, as i dont see a way to add a 2nd NVMe device, so it more likly be a Sata Device like a 2TB one and not a normal HD.All in all a good PC fair Price, would of like the Fan showed in the Photo, which was not the same fan, in the PC Case, Also some RGB Memorywould of been Nice.,not basic 32gb Memory cards.so im giving this PC 7.5 out of 10, could of been better and not have these issues i have had.

Excellent!
Bought this for myself after years of wanting a gaming PC – and wow is it good!!It arrived extremely well packaged (please dont follow Amazon for tracking as it’s incorrect – arrives via DPD so use the tracking ref on their website for accuracy), even packaging inside the tower to protect the componants!Boots up beautifully with Windows 11 pre-installed. Runs smooth, graphics for a RTX 3050 are bang on!Games I’ve ran so far re where graphics are key, are Red Dead Redemption 2 & Baldurs Gate 3 and they are top notch at 1080!!HIGHLY recommend, excellent build quality, plenty of USB ports, runs excellent and an all round high performer!

Arrived not working properly
Very disappointed- arrived not working properly. Graphics card that I paid extra for wouldn’t support a second screen and not worth the money.Pros- Looks great, son was delighted, leds can be changed to suit mood and games.Set up was easy as just running windows 10.Graphics card is ok, went for the nvidia card and it handles bog standards games well.Help desk responded quickly to my message and offered advice and follow upCons- build quality is awful and no quality control – had to open up and plug in power supply for leds before they would work. Took 20 mins to unknot them as they had just been shoved in a gap between power supply and mother board.I was expecting a few issues with drivers being outdated, but currently unable to play a number of games as they will not load due to graphics issues – beyond my skills set, nothing obvious.Hopefully will be able to update when gaming is able to commence and son stops nagging me to fix it!

Cracking unit for the price
I packed this on Christmas Day for the eldest son. Cracking unit for the price. I was impressed by the packaging and the weirdly the user booklet. That shows an attention to detail that is usually missing from most products. Certainly recommended.
