Stunning, elegant and beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful, stunning fireplace! Looks so elegant and the fire is so realistic. Let’s off decent heat too. The led lights around really looks nice, and has different modes, looks great especially if you have friends over for a few drinks etc, looks really effective. The steps were easy to follow and although it toke me a few hours ( I don’t usually do flat pack in my own) it was manageable and completely worth it!Highly recommended, and so glad I upgraded from the old one I had.

Good value for money and very straightforward to put together
Good quality, added decorative trim molding to it for a more unique look. Lighting is perfect for our room space. Very convenient to use with touch of the remote. Very good value for money.

Value for money
First off this comes as a flat pack and is heavy. There’s a lot of screwing to do which when you open the box you’ll think WoW so be prepared.Everything fitted fine with a few screws over for spares.There’s also the LED lights to put around the inside of the surround but was fairly easy, the same kind of light strips you find for computers and back of tv.Took me and my son about 2 hours to put together but the instructions are not too bad to follow. The LED lights have a USB end so you will need a plug for the lights to work as they are separate from the fire which is a3pin plug.When all fitted you will stand back and be amazed how nice it all looks, from the surround to the fire it looks twice the price you payed for it.There’s 2 remotes ,1 for the lights which you can change colour and make them dimmer or lighter and even make them flash.The fires remote has a timer, set the temperature,dim or brighten the flame effect turn off the fire or heater.As you can tell ,for the money you can’t go wrong, it really does stand out when you walk in the room.

Excellent product. Provides a real homely fire effect and gives plenty warmth. Good looking finishes too.It requires self assembly which shouldn’t be a problem for any competent diy person.2 seperate remotes, 1 for fire/heating and 1 for illumination – both work perfectly. Also controls on unit itsef.Variable heat outputs. Also timer options – all in all a comprehensive unit.Highly recommended, and great value for money

Can get better for less money
Very disappointed seeing this is on the more expensive side i expected a better electric fire. The pictures of the flame effect are completely fake as the brightest setting for the flame effect is still very dull compared to the pictures and other electric fires. There wasn’t any screws to attach the electric fire unit to the surround once it was built so I had to go and buy some. The surround is nice once built and its a good size but kinda wished I waited for the other one to be in stock as it was cheaper and had a better brighter flame effect. Also a bit annoying you have 2 remotes one for the fire and one for the lights which both are very cheap one which I imagine are going to break easily

Bad quality
The fireplace came in flatpack and was easy enough to assemble. The final fit and finish is poor with a few marks and scratches and a gap in the wood that is impossible to get rid of
